Emergency Medicine

At Emergency Service Partners, emergency medicine is the core of what we do. Founded in 1988 by emergency medicine physicians, ESP comprises a dedicated group of emergency medicine specialists. We believe in a collaborative relationship between the hospital and our emergency physician partners.

ESP’s management model promotes strong Medical Director leadership, a competent emergency physician group, RVU productivity-based compensation, a collaborative practice environment with nursing, and a commitment to patient satisfaction (reducing length of stay, patients who leave without being seen, and other emergency department metrics). ESP also collaborates with our hospitals on quality initiatives such as improving core measure performance and initiating cutting-edge protocols and pathways.
