Hospital Services
Grimes St. Joseph Health Center offers 24 hour emergency services with an in-house physician, 24 hour Laboratory, Imaging, Ultrasound, Cardiovascular studies, Echo cardiograms, 24 hour CAT scans, MRI, Bone Density, Cardiopulmonary, Minor surgical procedures, Pulmonary Rehabilitation, Sleep studies, Nutritional Counseling, Physical and Occupational Therapy, Behavioral Health Unit, general acute and skilled care. The Emergency Department is being renovated to include a larger waiting area, 24 hour registration, and a private triage area. Phase III of the renovation will encompass the ED in one dedicated area with a central nurses station, two triage rooms and 5 patient rooms.
Location
Navasota is located 20 minutes south of Bryan/College Station and 60 minutes northwest of Houston. Just 6 miles west is the Washington-on-the-Brazos State Park, the site where the Texas Declaration of Independence was signed.
